National Traffic Signal “Green Friendly” Solution and Technology Company is looking for Regional Sales Representatives for the Midwest, Southeast, and Wal-Mart Region. The Ideal Candidate will be presenting cost effective solutions to Local/City Governments, Equipment Distributors, and Electrical Contractors to provide Energy Efficient “Green Friendly” Technology and Solutions to Municipalities. The initial Sale to a municipality will create the opportunity to develop long term relationships and multiple sales opportunities. The Company will Provide Base Salary, Aggressive Success Based Commission Structure, Benefits (after 60 days), and reimbursement for Travel related expenses. The position will require travel and overnight stays 3-4 nights per week home Base location.

This is a ground floor opportunity. The candidate needs to be a self starter as he/she would be establishing a Brand New customer base.

Candidate must be:

  1. A self starter as he/she would be establishing a Brand New customer base.
  2. Able to work well on their own
  3. Efficiently communicate their needs and the requests of their customers to Corporate
  4. Solutions Minded as each Customer is Unique
  5. Able to report through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer activity.
  6. Detail oriented and Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint to Prepare Customer Presentations and Proposals

With success, the career path of this position is to become a Regional Sales Manager reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
